Founders - Rob Wolf and Paul Ferreri

The vast majority of job prospects for the transitioning professional are hidden from your direct line of sight.  They are only accessible through associations, centers of influence, professional associates and company gatekeepers.  Some are even hidden behind friends and relatives.  The Transitioning Professionals of Orlando believe facilitated navigation through a step-wise process is a key to success.    We also believe that you will need to understand exactly where and how to network.   To approach this learning experience, you will need to understand that networking is both a science and an art.

Paul has over 30 years experience in leadership and management within the insurance and investment industries.  For the last nine years, he has been a Financial Consultant with AXA Advisors, LLC.  Paul is a CPA and a member of many Boards of Directors: the EastLake Firefighters Pension Board, the EastLake Library Advisory Board, Habitat for Humanity and Junior Achievement of West Central Florida.  He is also an elected Commissioner in East Lake, Pinellas County.  In addition to providing financial advisory services to individual and business clients, Paul has worked with hundreds of people who have been in a position of losing their jobs and seeking reemployment.  He has partnered with various organizations in Orange, Osceola, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Sarasota, Manatee, Pasco, Hernando and Polk counties.  He is frequently a guest speaker at trade organizations and association groups and has consulted with companies that have gone through downsizing programs.  Paul has developed his financial practice in these areas and has become one of the premier providers of financial advice for individuals going through a career transition.

Rob has over 30 years experience in senior level positions both in the mortgage industry and consulting with small businesses. He is the founder of Sterling Wealth Management, Inc. providing Independent Financial Advise to a broad base of clients.  He has extensive experience in the investment and insurance arenas.  His Masters in Organizational Leadership has served him well in consulting with small businesses and their unique challenges.  His passion is helping people reach their long-term financial hopes and dreams.  Rob is a member of the East Lake Firefighters Pension Board and the East Lake Library Advisory Board.  He is the President of Cross Pointe Homeowners Association.  Additionally, he is the past President of the Oldsmar Soccer Association, past President of the Keystone Sunrise Rotary Club, and past president of his church council.  Rob has worked with hundreds of people who have been in transition to their next career. He has partnered with various organizations in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Sarasota, Manatee, Pasco, Hernando and Polk counties. Rob has helped countless professionals in the area to achieve their long-term financial objectives.
